Delayed Ejaculation

Delayed ejaculation can be a puzzling and frustrating problem, especially for men who are trying to impregnate their partner.  Once thought to be a rare condition, we see many men who struggle with delayed ejaculation (DE).  There is no pill or shot, so urologists usually recommend sex therapy.

By doing a thorough assessment of a man’s sex and relationship history, we can figure out (literally) what’s holding him back.  The problem can range from stress, to performance anxiety, and even porn addiction.  It can also relate to conflict in a relationship, or poor communication about sex.

Men overcome delayed ejaculation in different ways, depending on the cause.  Although we are ethically not permitted to quote success rates, most men are able to figure things out and enjoy ejaculation and orgasm, alone and in partnered sex.
